SW 8th St. will be upgrading with curb and guttering and sidewalks. (See the rendering of SW 8th Street). The City has indicated this project is the top priority in 2008 according to the FYI 2005-2009 Capital Improvement Program.

At this time, Bentonville Plaza is interested in soliciting expressions of interest for pre-leasing at an additional tower on the site. This second building will be constructed as a "sister" building to the existing 300,000 square foot, 9 story tower. Available spaces will range from 2,000 rent-able square feet up to approximately 25,000 contiguous rent-able square feet per floor.
